Whatever your bonding needs may be, we are ready to assist you in choosing the most effective adhesives and glue preparation to achieve a superior bond. All-State is able to provide various composite materials that can be die cut or water jet cut to any shape and size, or utilize a number of different adhesives available for assembly purposes.
All-State can insert grommets into a wide variety of materials. Typically metal, plastic or rubber, a grommet is used to provide a reinforced hole through which something passes through. Whether it’s a simple hole in the end of a strap or a large industrial curtain with numerous holes, if your part calls for a grommet, we can help.
We offer sewing capabilities for a wide variety of materials, including vinyls, nylons, Nomex, netting and canvas. Optional product features include buckles, cord locks, grommets, hook & loop closures, snaps, ties, twist locks, web material straps, elastic straps, and zippers. If you have an industrial sewing project as it pertains to the heavy equipment OEM, All-State can help.
All-State provides comprehensive assembly and kitting services. Items installed at the same point in production or on the same line sequenced machine are grouped, packaged, and supplied together as one unit to save you time and money in your production process.
Whether 100 units or 1 million, All-State has the necessary means to handle the product assembly and kitting needs of our customers.
Line sequencing lets manufacturers make better use of plant floor space because it organizes parts and components in the order they will be assembled on the line and delivered to the plant just in time.
Any and all bar coding, sequencing information or other part labeling requirements associated with these programs can be accommodated.
All-State has developed partnerships in low cost countries with various molders of all things rubber. All-State’s partners have various sizes of compression and injection molding equipment used to produce small to medium sized parts.
Representative products could be found in applications such as mud flaps, seals, grommets, boots and bumpers. Common materials include masticated rubber, EPDM rubber, SBR, neoprene and nitrile. We can assist you in selecting the right material for your application.
All-State offers riveting as a secondary operation in the assembly of a wide variety of parts. If your component calls for two or more materials to be joined together, a rivet can be an ideal option.
We use rivets of various materials, size and overall design depending on the application or as specified by our customers.
For joining thermoplastic parts, ultrasonic welding can be easily customized to fit the exact specifications of the parts being welded. This process is a good alternative to glue, screws or snap-fit designs.
The benefit of All-State’s ultrasonic welding is that it is much faster than conventional adhesives or solvents. Our ultrasonic welding can be used for both hard and soft plastic materials.
All-State is capable of manufacturing thermoplastic sheet components with multidimensional bends allowing for three dimensional designs to be used in a low volume application where tooling dollars for a molded option are not justified.
This value-added option is available in both our Chicago, IL, and Elkhart, IN locations.
