A BRIEF HISTORY OF OUR INNOVATIVE AMERICAN MANUFACTURING SHOP

All-State is a second generation, private equity-backed, family-operated American manufacturer headquartered in West Des Moines, Iowa. Throughout our decades of innovative service we have become one of the world’s leading providers of premium non-metallic industrial products.

Our streamlined manufacturing center was founded in 1974 by Bob Pulver as a conveyor belt distribution business. Having previously worked for the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, our founder honed years of industry expertise to set up his own streamlined manufacturing operation. This poised All-State Industries to quickly rise through the ranks of American non-metallic production houses.
