All-State
Industries Inc also provides a secondary
machining and sub-assembly service.
The main reasons for secondary machining
of a urethane part/ blank is to ensure
tight tolerances 0.003 and for
features that would be difficult or
not cost effective in terms of tooling
to mold in the part. An added value
sub-assembly service is also available
where All-State Industries Inc will
source and manage all inventory needed
for the assembly. The part will then
be assembled to the customers
specifications and shipped as required.
