All-State Industries has engineers available to help customers design urethane parts using 3 dimensional CAD software.

Once a customer has approved the design the part can then be rapid prototyped from ABS plastic to give a master.

A soft mold is then made from the master part. A prototype urethane part can then be made and then tested in the customers given application.

All-State Industries has years of technical experience in cast polyurethane and problem solving using cast urethanes.

The process would start with an All-State Industries engineer gaining a clear understanding of the problem or application.

The appropriate cast urethane material would then be specified and prototyped at All-State Industries. One of our strengths is the many different compounds available to produce products for specific customer applications.
