60 shore D MDI/ Polyether urethane
elastomer material is quite hard like
a plastic and has high mechanical
properties. This material is also
hydrolytic stable. The low pressure
liquid cast molding process offers
lower cost tooling over traditional
plastic molding processes (Injection
Molding). Typical color of this material
is black. Some current applications
include plastic replacement parts
(fixed louver on a dashboard), moisture
sensor seal, etc. |
