in our West Des Moines, IA facility.
We have a proven track record in solving
demanding applications within various
industries, which has equated to thousands
of OEM part numbers. The low pressure
cast urethane manufacturing process
is very flexible which enables parts
to be manufactured that weigh as little
as a few grams to upwards of 300 lbs.
Another advantage of this process
is the economical molds/ tooling for
lower quantity or prototype parts.
Typical volumes for this process can
range from 5 to 100,000 per year.
The process also allows urethane to
be bonded to steel/ aluminum.
